Billing Policy
At Bill Peters Plumbing & Heating, we believe in transparent pricing. Here's what you can expect:
- We provide upfront estimates before beginning any work
- Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards
Service Guarantees
We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:
- 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the quality of our repair work within 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right at no additional charge.
- Parts Warranty: All parts we install are covered by their manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1-10 years depending on the part.
- Manufacturer Warranties: New water heater installations include full manufacturer warranties in addition to our workmanship guarantee.
Refund Requests
If you believe a billing error has occurred or have concerns about our service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve any legitimate concerns promptly.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: No charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: May incur a small service fee
- No-shows: May be charged a diagnostic fee
