When you schedule service with Bill Peters Plumbing & Heating, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and property information
- Ensure safe access to the work area
- Be present during the scheduled service time or designate an authorized adult
- Provide payment for services rendered as agreed
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is provided as estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual conditions discovered during service
- Additional parts or labor required
- Complexity of the repair or installation
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Service Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience issues with a repair within 30 days, we will return to address the problem at no additional charge, provided the issue is related to the original repair and not caused by external factors.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee.
Limitation of Liability
Bill Peters Plumbing & Heating's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage caused by pre-existing conditions or factors beyond our control.
